OK everyone..After taking the NNA NSA certification exam today. I GOT my CERTIFICATION!!! What does this mean? Now I can provide notary services for real estate transactions across Colorado.

Well, got my first assignment yesterday (11/2). Wow, I guess being listed on one of those notary public directory sites does work. This was a mobile assignment in Colorado Springs,CO and had no problems but was in an unusual setting that I might see more of (hopefully). It was not loan based because I’m still working on my NSA certification.

Passed the NNA ‘pre-certification’ NSA test

Well it looks like I passed the NNA Notary Signing Agent ‘pre’ certification test from the online side of the training. But wait! It looks like the book that comes with the study program should really be gone over BEFORE you take the ACTUAL test online. Why? Because there is much more solid information than provided by the on-line version So, that’s what I’m doing now and I hope to complete the test very soon. I will keep you all updated when this goal is reached! Until then, I’m available for other notary work in the Colorado Springs, CO area.

Wonder if these guys really provide what they say…

Starting NSA Certification

Starting the NNA (National Notary Assn.) Notary Signing Agent certification program. This will allow me to do notary work ( and more) for loan agents, closing agents, Title Companies and more.

Yesterday (10/14) I picked up my embosser,stamps and journal at Staples. So now I’m ready to go!

The NNA NSA cert will be completed soon. I will let you all know when this is completed. By the way the NNA says that my background check was good and all is well there.

I am now a Colorado Notary Public!

OK,

I am now an official Colorado Notary Public!

This means I can help you, your business, or other actions that require notary public certification of documents.

For now, I am waiting for my seals and other supplies.

I will be serving the Colorado Springs area, Calhan, Elicott, Peyton, Yoder, and the area around Falcon.

For now I will be providing general notary services and I am working on the Notary Signing Agent Certification from the NNA.

I will keep you updated as I become available for these services.
